Ingredients:

Potatoes, Raclette Cheese (Pasteurized Part-Skim Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Potato Flour, Organic Soybean Oil, Water, Sea Salt.

Contains: Milk

Keep Rösti frozen until time to cook. Cook thoroughly following these instructions:

Oven Baking Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400F.
  2. Place frozen Rösti on parchment paper on a baking sheet in oven.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes until Rösti is golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165F.
  4. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!

Air Fryer Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat air fryer to 380F.
  2. Spray basket with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Arrange frozen Rösti so they don’t touch.
  4. Cook Rösti for 18-20 minutes until Rösti is golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165F.
  5. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
