Keep Rösti frozen until time to cook. Cook thoroughly following these instructions:
Oven Baking Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 400F.
- Place frozen Rösti on parchment paper on a baking sheet in oven.
- Bake for 25 minutes until Rösti is golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165F.
- Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
- Enjoy!
Air Fryer Instructions:
- Pre-heat air fryer to 380F.
- Spray basket with non-stick cooking spray.
- Arrange frozen Rösti so they do not touch.
- Cook Rösti for 18-20 minutes until Rösti is golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165F.
- Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
- Enjoy!
